• Colour: A deep, intense ruby hue, indicative of a wine with excellent depth and cellaring promise.
• Nose: The nose is fragrant and elegant, showcasing ripe dark berries (plum, black cherry), a distinct floral lift of violet, and subtle savoury spice from careful oak ageing.
• Palate: Starts with a smooth, generous texture, building to a concentrated and fresh core. The tannins are remarkably fine and velvety, perfectly balanced by the characteristic minerality of the limestone terroir, culminating in a long, polished finish.
