• Palate: Generous and powerful, yet beautifully balanced. It offers a smooth, ample mouthfeel, supported by firm, powdery tannins and a long, persistent finish that speaks to its excellent aging potential.

This Merlot-dominant blend (80% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon) is a superb match for rich, hearty cuisine. Serve at cellar temperature, approximately 16°C. Decant for an hour before serving to soften the tannins and enhance the aromatic profile. This wine will continue to evolve gracefully in the bottle for many years.
