From the iconic Languedoc estate of Marlène Soria, the PEYRE ROSE VDF BELLE LEONE ROUGE is a benchmark for powerful, elegant, age-worthy Syrah-dominant red wine. Known as the ‘Diva of Syrah,’ Soria chooses to label her wines as Vin de France, yet their quality places them in the highest echelon of French fine wine. This cuvée is the pure, concentrated expression of old vines grown on the estate’s unique clay-limestone plateau.

• Appearance: Intense, deep garnet.
• Aroma: A captivating and layered nose of dense black fruit (blackberry, damson), dark spice (clove, pepper), earthy truffle, and the distinctive Mediterranean garrigue herbs.
• Mouthfeel: Full-bodied and concentrated, with a core of intense fruit perfectly framed by fine, velvety tannins. The structure is built for the long haul, showcasing exceptional tension and poise.

Food Pairing & Decanting

This is a wine for special occasions and serious dining. Due to its lengthy cellar aging prior to release, we strongly recommend decanting for at least one hour to allow the bouquet to fully unfurl. Serve slightly cool at 16-17°C.
