From ancient, low-yielding vines planted in 1937 and meticulously farmed using certified biodynamic methods, this white Burgundy offers a concentration and finesse that challenges its more famous Chardonnay counterparts. This cuvée from Volnay’s clay-limestone slopes is a pure, mineral-driven expression of the terroir.
