The Domaine Charlopin-Tissier Marsannay Rosé stands apart from typical summer rosés. As one of Burgundy’s most exclusive pink wines, sourced from the northern tip of the Côte de Nuits, this 100% Pinot Noir expression is treated with the same meticulous care as the domaine’s top reds and whites. The resulting wine is a structured, mineral-driven masterpiece with notable aging potential.

The Sommelier’s Notes

The palate delivers a rare combination of intensity and finesse. Expect a brilliant coral colour, leading to a nose rich in redcurrant, fresh raspberry, and a twist of grapefruit zest. On the tongue, a lively acidity provides tension, while a subtle, creamy texture (from its unique acacia-wood aging) adds depth. The finish is long, pure, and refreshingly mineral.

Food Pairing & Decanting

Do not over-chill; serve at cellar temperature (10-12°C) to allow the complex Pinot Noir character to shine. This is a wine that can easily replace a light red at the table.
