Hailing from the limestone-rich slopes of Mittelbergheim, this wine is bottled without fining or filtration, a choice that ensures the deepest aromatic purity and a beautifully silky texture. • Appearance: A bright, light ruby colour with a slight, beautiful haze typical of an unfiltered wine.
• Nose: A fragrant and inviting nose dominated by vivid red berries-think fresh cherry and raspberry-with floral undertones of peony.
• Palate: Fresh, juicy, and beautifully balanced. It offers a light-to-medium body with exceptionally fine, velvety tannins. The finish is clean, pure, and utterly refreshing.
