Tasting Profile & Potential

• Colour: A deep, vibrant crimson.
• Nose: The nose is complex, offering concentrated aromas of dark berries (blackcurrant, plum), layered with earthy notes, subtle vanilla, and a hint of spicy cedarwood.
• Palate: Rich, ample, and beautifully structured. The wine possesses a core of fresh fruit and elegant acidity, supported by fine, well-integrated tannins. The finish is persistent, pure, and promises excellent development with age.

Pairing & The Cellar

This is a classic Bordeaux built for traditional British fare. We suggest serving it slightly below room temperature (17°C) and giving it a good decant to soften the structure, particularly in its youth. An investment for the cellar, it will evolve beautifully over a decade.
