The estate is committed to sustainable practices and is now certified Organic.

Tasting Notes (Classic Vintage)

• Colour: A deep, vibrant ruby red with garnet hues.
• Nose: Elegant and layered. Expect concentrated aromas of dark berries (mulberry, blackcurrant), developing into complex notes of forest floor, cedar, and fine spice from its time in French oak.
• Palate: Smooth and full on the attack, leading to a rich, velvety mid-palate. The tannins are refined and perfectly integrated, ensuring a beautiful, structured mouthfeel. The finish is long, fresh, and exceptionally persistent.

Pairing & Service

A true classic Claret, this wine demands a sophisticated food pairing. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F). For younger vintages, a good decant (1-2 hours) will significantly enhance the drinking experience.
