Sommelier’s Tasting Notes

The ‘Essenze’ displays an intense garnet colour, promising a deep and rewarding experience.

• Aroma: A captivating and layered nose of dried petals, warm spice, forest floor, and classic Nebbiolo notes of sour cherry, leather, and cedar.
• Flavour: Full-bodied with considerable grip. The structure is magnificent, driven by high acidity and dense, refined tannins. This is a wine that delivers power and elegance in equal measure, with a lengthy, compelling aftertaste that lingers long after the sip.
