This cuvée, dominated by 90% Chardonnay from the flinty soils of the Coteaux du Sézannais, showcases the estate’s signature style: purity, energy, and elegance. The inclusion of a 30% perpetual reserve (dating back to 1986) and vinification in barrel deliver a multi-layered, complex experience.
