• Grape Varieties: Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (approx. 70%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot.
• Appearance: Deep, dark ruby hue, showcasing its rich concentration.
• Aroma: Intense and complex, revealing hallmark notes of blackcurrant, cedarwood, graphite, and a hint of fine leather/cigar box.
• Taste: A robust and dense palate, characterized by a powerful, linear structure with firm, refined tannins. The wine boasts a beautiful purity of fruit and a persistent, age-worthy finish.

Food Matching & Decanting

Younger vintages will benefit greatly from a 2-3 hour decant to soften the tannins. Serve at 15.5°C (60°F).
