The Blend & Sommelier Notes

The ‘Triple C’ is a sophisticated assembly of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Carmenere. The blend is meticulously crafted and aged in new French oak to impart complexity and longevity.

• Colour: Intense, deep ruby-garnet.
• Nose: Richly perfumed with concentrated dark fruits-black cherry, cassis, and plum-alongside elegant tertiary notes of cedar, pencil lead (graphite), and baking spices.
• Palate: Full-bodied, with a plush, velvety texture. The tannins are firm but beautifully polished, providing backbone to the concentrated fruit core. Expect a long, complex finish with hints of dark chocolate and espresso.

This is a wine built for the cellar, but if enjoying young, decanting is essential to soften the tannins and awaken the complex aromatics.
