The Duckhorn North Coast Sauvignon Blanc is a testament to the sophistication of New World winemaking. Moving away from the overtly green or ‘racy’ styles, this wine offers a beautifully balanced, elegant and richly textured experience, perfected by Duckhorn since they began crafting the varietal in 1982.

Tasting Notes: Complexity & Finesse

• Aroma: Bright and inviting, featuring intense notes of pineapple, melon, and lemon verbena, complemented by a subtle minerality.
• Taste: The palate is notably silky and lively, thanks to the careful blending with Sémillon and five months of *sur lie* ageing. Expect a harmonious blend of tropical fruit and vibrant citrus tones, leading to a long, energetic finish.
• Grape Composition: Primarily Sauvignon Blanc, with a percentage of Sémillon to impart depth and that signature silky mouthfeel.
• Winemaking: Aged in both stainless steel and a small amount of new French oak.
