Situated on the prestigious Via Bolgherese, between the world-renowned Sassicaia and Ornellaia estates, Orma is a monumental red wine that lives up to its name, which translates to “footprint.” It represents the pinnacle of Antonio Moretti Cuseri’s winemaking vision: an elegant, complex Super Tuscan that marries the rich intensity of Bolgheri’s coastal terroir with the structural refinement of a classic Bordeaux blend (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc).

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Deep ruby-garnet, intense and opulent.
• Nose: A powerful, sophisticated bouquet of ripe dark fruits (blackcurrant, plum), layered with sweet spice, tobacco, cedar, and a hint of balsamic freshness. The French oak influence is perfectly judged.
• Palate: Full-bodied and concentrated, offering a plush, velvety mouthfeel. The tannins are substantial yet fine-grained, providing a magnificent structure for the dense, dark fruit. Vibrant acidity carries the wine to an exceptionally long, memorable finish, showcasing its superb aging potential.
