Bollinger Rosé Brut NV: Structure, Finesse & Heritage
The Bollinger Rosé Brut is a sublime expression of the House’s legendary savoir-faire. It perfectly unites the freshness of a Rosé with the depth and vinosity of a Bollinger. Crafted with 5-6% of white wine from Grand Cru plots in Aÿ and Verzenay, this Champagne is aged for more than twice the required time, ensuring its signature richness and complexity.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: A beautiful, deep salmon-pink colour with subtle golden reflections.
- Aroma: A generous and noble bouquet of small red fruits-think wild strawberry, redcurrant, and cherry-with a spiced undertone that links it to the Special Cuvée.
- Taste: Structured, long, and beautifully lively. The mouthfeel is creamy and elegant, with persistent wild berry flavours, balanced acidity, and a subtle tannic finish that makes it exceptionally food-friendly.
Serving Suggestions
Best enjoyed between 8°C and 10°C. A magnificent match for fine seafood, delicate meats, or a traditional afternoon tea.
