The Casa Real Reserva Especial is Viña Santa Rita’s celebrated flagship, often hailed as the first ‘Icon Wine’ to emerge from Chile. Grown in the outstanding Alto Jahuel vineyards within the Maipo Valley, it is the definitive statement of Cabernet Sauvignon from this world-class region.

Tasting Notes (EN)

• Colour: A deep, intense ruby hue, promising great depth.
• Nose: A complex and seductive bouquet of blackcurrant, black cherry, and plum, interwoven with sophisticated layers of graphite, cigar box, cedar, and subtle oak spice.
• Palate: Concentrated and utterly precise. It delivers a powerful yet beautifully refined tannic backbone, balanced acidity, and a full, elegant body. Expect a long, persistent, and luxurious finish.

Serving Suggestions & Pairings

A wine of this calibre should be treated with respect. We recommend decanting for a minimum of two hours and serving at 18°C.
