• Colour: Deep, intense ruby, hinting at the wine’s concentration and ageing potential.
• Bouquet: A classic Médoc nose of pure cassis, dark berry fruit, and a refined hint of pencil lead and cedar spice from its French oak ageing.
• Flavour: Muscular yet refined, the palate is layered with rich autumn fruits, mineral notes, and gravelly tannins. It possesses a velvety texture and the characteristic balance of Saint-Julien, ensuring a long and rewarding evolution in the bottle.

This wine requires a robust dish to match its structure. We recommend decanting for up to 90 minutes and serving at 17°C alongside classic British roasts or game dishes. Best enjoyed from 5 years after vintage, though earlier vintages are drinking beautifully now.
