Hailing from the elevated, cooler Spring Mountain District, this wine showcases the classic ‘Mountain Cabernet’ style: powerful concentration and fruit opulence, balanced by a refined, age-worthy structure.

• Colour: Deep, dark garnet.
• Nose: Elegant and complex, featuring blackcurrant, brambleberry, and dark cherry, interwoven with savoury notes of cedar, new tobacco leaf, dark chocolate, and holiday spice.
• Palate: Full-bodied and seamlessly layered, the wine offers a core of rich dark fruit framed by firm yet polished tannins. A vibrant acidity provides lift and focus, leading to a profound, lingering finish that echoes a Cole Porter melody.

Serving Suggestions

This is a wine built to last. Decanting for 1-2 hours will allow the aromas to fully express themselves. Best served at a cool cellar temperature of 17-18°C.
