• Colour: Bright, clear pale yellow.
• Aromas: The nose is highly expressive, featuring a harmonious blend of crushed wild-flower and ripe pear, underpinned by bright citrus notes. A gentle toast and whisper of almond from the medium-toasted French oak barrels add sophistication.
• Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and silky, the palate is well-structured and harmonious. Fine-grain texture and bright acidity frame the pear and white-flower notes, leading to a long, seamless finish with a notable saline edge.
